Chen's Kitchen is a family owned restaurant, backed by 25 years of experience in the business. After moving from New York, we opened our restaurant in 2005 here in Shawnee, Kansas. Our restaurant was named after our son Richard, whose Chinese name is Chen. This is the reason we wanted Chen's Kitchen to have a comfortable family environment with an open kitchen. We are staffed with friendly people who are committed to serving food that is cooked fresh, made to order, and of the highest quality.
